What a special time of the year! This gap after the Christmas and New Year’s busyness, before normal life kicks in again. A good time to reconsider what we can let go off and what we’d love to see emerging.

What emerges when we give our bodies, minds and hearts space to move, connect and play? More being than doing with a sense of timelessness.

Contact Improvisation will be our main language with a curiosity on how movements and connections begin, how we surf the waves of curiosity and when it’s time to let go, allowing change instead of holding onto things. Basic techniques and pricinples of the form around leading & following, sharing weight and probably some lifts will anchor our journey.

Beginners are welcome! You need to be comfortable to move between floor & standing and interested in acknowledging your limits.
