soft & wild … this is coming from a person who is passionate about deep listening, slow somatic work, effortlessness in mind & body, someone who doesn’t like forcing and pushing.

In my own dance a soft and slow approach lets me find the inner connectedness and trust with others to eventually move fast, to find my strength, make quirky choices, challenge myself and the predictable flow to go juicily beyond sense making.

I am not sure how to teach it though while keeping the space safe enough. There is some animal quality that I’d like to ignite, where softness, availability and openness stay present when the dance embraces the wild.

Friday evening 7-10 is a Jam in Studio Corpo. We will be there. You are welcome to join as a nice tuning in for the workshop.
