Contact Improvisation is a dance form that involves the exploration of one’s body in relationship to others by using the fundamentals of movement awareness, touch and sharing weight. It supports a sense of connectedness on many levels.

A small dedicated group has been meeting regularly on the Coast for a couple of years, exploring this form of dance. We welcome new dancers keen to give Contact Impro a try. No experience necessary.
