How far can we go when we allow ourselves to fully arrive? We’ll emerge into deep somatic work, metabolising stress, finding self- & nourishing co-regulation, connecting to what supports us for effortless and juicy dancing.

With a relaxed and grounded nervous system we want to approach also more challenging CI material like leaping, lofting, jumping ,falling and keeping the under dancing moving.
When is your moment to let go of hesitation, to maybe move quicker than usual, to get excited about new options and see what’s possible? … without falling into stress responses. No pressure, just permission.

For experienced contact dancers, meaning that you are familiar with navigating yourself through open dance frames, and to direct yourself towards challenges and back into easeful states of being.
