I love polarities that broaden the range of movement qualities, that give access to various somatic curiosities or open different ways to engage with others.

The precise topic is still in the making.
Titles like PRECISION & FREEDOM or SENSING THE DIFFERENCE are hovering round in my body and mind lately or TECHNIQUE & HEART. It feels too early to decide.

My general approach won’t change though. It has a strong somatic base including developmental movement patterns, work with the elasticity of the fascia and bringing awareness to the regulation of the nervous system. We’ll have moments to indulge into delicious details, befriending awkwardnesses, nibbling on the edges of our comfort zone, and again and again move into open spaces to journey through in unpredictable ways and celebrate the dance.

The Workshop will give inspiration for long term practitioners but is also welcoming for people who already have a sense of the basics of CI and want to go further and deeper.
