Anat and Joerg are sharing rich dances and want to make parts of the magic they find available in the Workshop.
There is the density of touch with weight, melting in, expanding through, swimming along in each others skin. And there is the breath, the air, the space in between, moving and falling through the space, between the floor and higher levels and the dynamic and ease that unfolds when those two worlds connect. We are curious how the emotional layers in our dancing get fed by working within these poles, embracing independence and spaciousness but also our needs, wishes in connection to others, quirky impulses and the little voice that says “I want!”.
We’ll share some basics of Contact technique around giving & taking weight and aspects of the communication through touch.
There will be a mix of detailed excercises and more open frames to explore and dance … and dance and dance.
All experience levels are welcome. You just need to have an idea, what contact improvisation is. If you are completely new to the form, please get in touch with Anat and come to a Contact Jam beforehand, so you know what you are diving into.

We don’t want money to be a restricting factor for people to join the workshop. If the reduced fee is still too much then please contact Anat. We have a few places reserved, where you pay what you can.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancelling more than one week prior to the workshop we will keep a 10% non-refundable processing fee.
For cancelling less than one week prior to the workshop we will keep a 50% non-refundable processing fee.
In the event that the workshop is cancelled you will be refunded 100% your ticket payment.
